Not done yet

It looks like the virus is still there, so I'll be trying Burdette's various suggestions to see if that will kill it.

    Bummer, it sounds like that is an Energizer Bunny virus that just keeps on going. Peter has scouts from 7-8:30 tonight, but I should be available other than that to help with remote assistance if you need it. I'm hoping the safe mode method will finally get rid of it. Good luck.
