Here it is Friday night, and of course what does our bunch invariably like to do? Watch old TV serials. Brett got The Rat Patrol for Christmas, and so far had resisted the temptation of watching it. Tonight, he introduced Ralph and Teddy (and me) to it with two back to back episodes, and a lot of explanations of the historical background. I must say, it's a bit different from some of the other series we've watched for years, but fun. It apparently only ran for two seasons, so we'll be out of episodes to watch almost as soon as we start, but so long as we don't have to listen to incessant complaints from the boys about it, it won't be so bad. After all, there are also only two seasons of Time Tunnel, and people sure like that one!
